Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Labotr (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a service at labotr.ai and app.labotr.ai in which a company runs AI employees (“Labotrs”) in a shared workspace. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

A Labotr reads the work you give it, does it with the tools and accounts your workspace connects, and reports back in the app, by email, in chat tools and, where enabled, by text message and phone. Labotrs are AI systems: their output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You review what a Labotr produces before relying on it, and you remain responsible for decisions taken on its output.

Your account and workspace

  • You give accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure. Activity under your account is yours.
  • A workspace belongs to the company that created it. Its administrators decide who is a member, what each Labotr may do and which accounts it may use.
  • You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with the policies of the third-party services you connect to it.

Your content

You own the content you and your Labotrs create in your workspace. You give us the permission we need to store, process and transmit it in order to run the service, including sending relevant information to AI providers, connected Apps and services, and carriers as described in our privacy policy. We do not use your workspace content to train models.

Phone numbers, calls and text messages

A workspace may give a Labotr its own phone number. The number is provisioned by Labotr through a telephony carrier, stays Labotr’s, and may be released when the Labotr or the workspace ends. Labotr is the sender of every text from such a number and the party you reach when you call it.

  • Program. Labotr text messages: one-time codes to link your own number, then replies, status updates and notifications about the work you give the Labotrs in your workspace. Conversational and informational only; no marketing.
  • Who receives them. Workspace members who link their own mobile number in Settings and agree there to receive texts, and people who text a Labotr’s number first and receive a reply.
  • Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with the work in your workspace. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any text from a Labotr number to stop receiving texts from that number; reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@labotr.ai. Opting in and opting out happen on the Labotr number itself, not on a short code.
  • Consent is not a condition of use. Nothing else in your account depends on linking a phone number.

How the opt-in works, with the form as it appears in Settings, is shown at labotr.ai/sms.

Fees

Use of the service is metered to your workspace wallet at the prices shown in the app, including phone numbers, texts and call minutes. Prices may change with notice in the app.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service and contact support@labotr.ai about account closure or data-deletion requests. Account settings do not currently provide a complete account-and-workspace deletion action; signing out does not delete your stored data. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service, its carriers or other users at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Labotr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
